The Scottish Wedding Show – SECC

This fantastic event is a great place to gain inspiration for your wedding, whether it be finding the perfect dress among the vast selection on display, or finding that breathtaking venue which will leave guests in ore and most of all ridiculously jealous! When is The Scottish Wedding Show?
This exhibition will be taking place on the 21st & 22nd February, with doors opening at 10am on the Saturday and 11am on the Sunday. On both days the show will go on until 5pm in the evening. If you book your tickets in advance you will get them slightly cheaper than you will on the day, not only that you will beat the queues in the morning. In advance a day ticket will cost you £10, if you would like to see the catwalk show an extra £1.50 will be added on to that. Under 16’s do not have to pay any entrance fee, but will need to pay £2 to watch the catwalk show. You will also receive a discount if you book tickets in groups of fours, so get the bridesmaids involved too!
Getting to the SECC
The address for the venue is: Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre, Exhibition Way, Glasgow G3 8YW. Travelling by car, the SECC is around 15 minutes away from Glasgow’s international airport. A map is available for download of the SECC website, www.secc.co.uk. Parking is available on site; it can be prepaid by booking online or pay on the day using cash or card.
