About St. Enoch Centre, Glasgow

St. Enoch Square first opened in 1783 as a grazing area for sheep. The St. Enoch Railway Station then came along in 1876. In 1985 when initial work started on St. Enoch Centre, which was to be the first shopping centre in Scotland. It finally opened its doors on the 25th May 1989. With a later refurbishment in 1998.

Opening times are :-
Monday – Friday 9am-7pm
Saturday 9am-6pm
Sunday 10am-6pm

The centre has more than 70 stores plus many different types of restaurants and food outlets. Car parking fee’s range from £1.50 for one hour upto £16 for 24 hours.
